A licensed U.S. Attorney in New York and California with a Doctorate in Law from New York Law School, Dr. Etemad served as a strategic consultant to politicians and diplomats in the United States, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates before leading development as legal counsel at Emaar Properties — including the landmark Emaar & Giorgio Armani collaboration.
In 2015 he founded Tamleek in Dubai. In under a year the house sold more than AED 2 billion of property; in 2018 it evolved into Tamleek REIT & Global Investments, a multi-billion-dirham house spanning five continents.
